I’m a certified FallProof™ Master Instructor and Assistant Program Director of the FallProof™ Balance and Mobility Specialist Instructor Certification Program. I am also an ACE Certified Personal Fitness Trainer and an ACE Certified Lifestyle and Weight Management Coach. Prior to relocating to St. George, Utah in early 2012, I served as the Programs and Events Coordinator at the Center for Successful Aging at California State University, Fullerton (CSUF). In this role, I developed and implemented programming for the Center based on the principles of whole-person wellness. Additionally, I served as a part-time faculty member in the department of Kinesiology and Health Sciences at CSUF, teaching the course Physical Dimensions of Aging. I enjoy helping mid-life and older adults achieve and maintain fitness, wellness, balance and mobility.
